Customer may be able to add wallet money /pay via Debit card, credit card, UPI or Net banking. No credit card or any other financial details will be stored on the website.
While subscribing to any services or availing payment methods available on the JEELO mobile app or jeelo.com. the User is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the any data like credit, debit, net banking or any other mode of transfer details.
We will not assume any liability or be responsible, in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to lack of authorization for any transaction(s) or exceeding available limit or any payment issue arising out of the transaction, or Decline of transaction for any other reasons. At jeelo.com the product pricing and payment made shall be in Indian Rupees only.
Use of payment facility shall not render Company liable for the non-payment, non-delivery, non-receipt, damage, breach of warranties and representations or frauds as regards the products / services listed on our website.
Once membership payment is done or money added into wallet, the member will receive the unique member ID for enabling/opting future benefits/deal/offers/purchase. Henceforth he can use his ID for future login.
70% amt of members / wallet holders will be refunded once member opt for deregistration with the company & should not have availed any benefit / purchase in the first month. Money/wallet amt will not be refunded if in case of availed benefits/purchase in the first month .
For Vendors registration the process will be the same to become our authorized vendor. Delay in delivery beyond Stipulated time frame by the vendor , company shall levy penal charges on Vendors i.e. Rs. 150/day subsequently till the time of delivery day. 50% amt of vendors security deposit will be refunded once they opt for termination of agreement with the company.
Members should not disclose their Shipment order OTP(you will receive via SMS once purchase order is placed/submitted) to the vendors unless and until the shipment arises/reach to you at your doorstep. If you did not follow the process then in that case the JEELO will not be responsible for your non receipt of your product and will assume that the shipment process is completed.
We accept order cancellation within 1 working day from the time of your purchase after which the order/product shall not be cancellable. For cancellation an order just mark a mail to us or call directly to our Customer Support team to request an order cancellation. The support team will confirm the request, after which the cancellation shall be initiated.
Please note it may take 3-4 days to reflect the reset amount in your wallet/membership card account. jeelo.co.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of inaccuracies in product pricing on our Mobile App/website and or stock unavailability. We may also require additional information or verification before accepting any order.
We will contact you if additional information is required to accept your order; also if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.
If you are not satisfied with your Product for any reason, you can return the product within 3 to 4 days of purchase.
If the customer receives a damaged product / incorrect product then he/she shall contact the customer support team and/or send an email at jeeloworld@gmail.com & the replacement will be processed only after receiving the damaged or incorrect product. Wallet holder/ member can opt for replacement of damaged or undesirable product with the satisfactory product replacement within 5 working days by our vendor.
We indemnify our Members/ Wallet holders for the security of their membership fees amt with the indemnity bond duly signed by both the parties in case of needed.
Currently we are delivering all our shipments free of cost. Delivery of the product will be as per the delivery list mentioned during order placement. Customer would be intimated of delivery status and timings in advance by our vendor .
